- Check-out time : before 12:00 am
- Early check-in or late check out : depending on the availability of hotel
- Late check out from 12:00 to 17:30 , additional charge of 50 % of room rate
- Late check out after 17:30 , surcharges extra 100 % of room
Policy Children and extra beds
- Children under 06 years old : free of charge when using the same bed with parents
- Child from 06 to under 11 years : 147.000vnd/tre/phong/dem surcharges (up to 01 children sharing room with parents not using bed)
- Children aged 11 years and older or adults ( third person ) : 357.000vnd/nguoi/phong/dem surcharges
Policies & payment guarantees reservation
- Low Season & PEAK : Deposit the first night room rate at the time of booking and is non-refundable after deposit money . Room rates and reservation status can not be guaranteed until the deposit / payment is made .
- If fraudulent reservation or customer credit card information provided is invalid / unrecognized , hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation without notice.
- Service fee when paying by Visa or Master card or debit card Amex 3% and 4% .
* HOLIDAYS : Full payment of room at the time of booking and is non-refundable after payment amount .

- 2013 : from 28 to the end of December 31 .
- 2014 : from 01 to 01 every 04 months , from 01 to 02 every 08 months , April 30 , from 01 until the end May 3rd .
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation / change within 03 days prior to arrival date , the entire amount of full-time room will be laid .
- In case of No-show : full room rate of full-time was set ( non-refundable ) will be charged
