1. Blue Bay restaurant:
Blue Bayis an all-day dining restaurant which offers a buffet of options for breakfast, as well as a la carte choices for lunch and dinner. Located on the ground floor, the restaurant captures the panoramic viewof Ha Long Bay and the serene coastline of BaiChay. Brightly coloured with the central chandelier, Blue Bay is a high note of the modern architecture collection of the hotel.
2. De Medici restaurant:
Open for lunch and dinner, De Medici reflects Mediterranean cuisine with a combination of contemporary design and neoclassical-European influence. The restaurant features three private dining rooms decked out with luxurious interior, a sundeck overlooking Ha Long Bay and BaiChay Bridge, and an intimate indoor dining area.
3. Sakura restaurant:
Decorated in typical Asian style, the ‘Sakura’ restaurant includes a sushi bar and six private fine-dining rooms which are completely inspired by Japanese motif setting and premium wood lattice. The restaurant is highly recommended for Japanese food lovers and intimate gatherings.
4. La Terrasse café and bar:
There is no better spot to stop off for a quick refresher than La Tessasse, offering comfort food, coffee, and a variety of cold beverages. La Terrasse is an open air café and baroffering an outdoor terrace to enjoy the glorious sunshine of vibrant Ha Long.
5. Vivino bar:
Located on ground floor, the elegant ‘Vivino’ bar is adjacent to the hotel lobby. This bar also offers a soothing and cozy environment accompanied by piano live music playing on weekends.
6. Pool bar:
