The room with terrace (45 m2) opens out onto a private outside area, and has the same features as the cottage bungalows. Some Pavilion Bungalows have connecting doors with the sitting area. They have twin or double bed, a living room with convertible sofa.

 

The Cottage Bungalow with balcony (50 Sqm2) is spacious and beautifully designed. Using the best of local materials, the design cleverly combines traditional simplicity with modern comfort. The high thatched roofs and heavy wooden beams contrast delightfully with the light bamboo furnishings and cool terracotta floors. Large, expansive windows and balconies capture the spectacular view from each bungalow and leave the interior awash with bright tropical sunshine. 

 

As you would expect of a resort of this standard all bungalows are fully air-conditioned and come equipped with mini-bar,  satellite TV, international direct dial telephone, tea / coffee making facilities, hair dryer and safe.

 

With the same general characteristics and features as the cottage bungalows, the family bungalows have two rooms (one double and one twin) plus one large bathroom with two different entrances from the rooms. They have three sizes (80 m2), the difference of which is various size and space of the outside balcony or terrace.

 

Built on 120m2 the Ocean View Villas are also an ideal family style accommodation. Each villa has two bedrooms (a double and a twin), two separate spacious bathroom inside the Villas. The spacious lounge and living area opens out onto a private terrace area with its own Jacuzzi. As the name suggests, the villas offer breathtaking vistas of the open ocean whilst at the same time providing privacy and seclusion for those who may wish to remain undisturbed.

There are several sites in the area well worth exploring.

 

At Minh Dam, 5km from Long Hai, there are caves with historical connections to the Vietnam war. Nearby, there is a mountain top temple with great panoramic views of the coastline.

 

Fishing village (7 km): Visit a fishing village where there are many types of courlorful boats and discover the habits and the daily life of the fishermen.

 

Chua Phap Hoa, 4km away, is a peaceful pagoda set in a forest with lots of wild monkeys. There are some good trails here for short hikes. 

 

At about 45km north of Long Hai, there are hot springs at Binh Chau. The baths, in different sizes, range from 37oC to 40oC and the minerals in the water are said to be beneficial to the bones, muscles and skin.  They are also said to improve blood circulation.  There are also a couple of hot springs.  The hottest spring reaches 82oC which is hot enough to boil an egg in 10 to 15 minutes. 

Besides the possibilities of using our bicycles or renting cars, the resort can organize some daily excursions such as Vung Tau City Tour, Vung Tau Ocean Park, fishing by canoe or boat, Long Son Islet (Mr. Tran religion and ecologic system of mangrove forest) and Binh Chau Hot Spa that the World Tourism Organization has added to its list of sustainable ecotourism resorts and has also added to its World Tourism Organisation's website.
