Marble Mountain: (Five-element Mountain) is a cluster of five hills located 9km south of Da Nang, on the way to Hoi An. The five marble hills or “mountains” are named after the five elements (Ngũ Hành) of the ancient oriental philosophy. There are a number of caves, grottos and Buddhist temples on the mountains with nice natural entrances and tunnels.

Seats are reserved in advance for booking made and paid 2 days prior to departure day. Vietnam Travelmart shall confirm the flight 1 day prior to flight day.

Children policy: FOC for infant (below 2 years) sharing the seat with parent. Child from 2 years is charged as adult.

Boarding pass shall be issued after flight confirmation and can be received at Nuoc Man Heliport before departure time.

Helicopter not catered for emergency: national defense, urgent medical transfer, urgent flight requested by authorities

 

Please bring original Identity Card/Passport and present at Nuoc Man Heliport (Vo Nguyen Giap street, opposite to Fusion Maia Resort) 20 minutes before the flight to check in and for security check.

Baggage is not allowed to the helicopter as for a short flight. Only small bag after security check is accepted.

The carrier may refuse carriage of any passenger or baggage without responsibility for compensation and reimbursement, for safety and security reasons stipulated by the aviation industry.

 

Passenger insurance policy under the provisions of the civil aviation sector. (Equivalent to $ 137,976 / person)

Travel insurance equivalent to $4,560/ person

 

Full charge for any cancellation after 16h00 on the previous day of the flight

Full charge for No-show or late check-in.

In cases of delaying more than 1 hour or Forces of Majeure including natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, war…the two parties shall arrange another flights for guests. Full reimbursement shall be made if guest cannot arrange to take the new flight.

Name amendment can be made before 16h00 on the previous day of the flight.
