3. The advance room payment is collected at full amount and non-refundable.
4. To change the check-in date, please call or email us 24 hours prior to checking in. The postponement must
be within one-month period from the first actual check-in date. The hotel reserves the right not to refund the
payment if the hotel is overbooked. The service is provided at no charge.
5. If you plan to extend your stay, please inform the front desk before 12:00 hrs (at noon time).
Check-in / Check-out Times
1. Check-in time is 13:00 hrs.
2. Check out time is 12:00 hrs - at noon time.
3. When checking out later than 12:00 hrs (at noon), a half day rate will be charged limiting to until 17:00 hrs.
Please contact reception before noon for extended stay.
Children’s Rates/ Extra Person charges
* There is no charge for children under 10 years old and under occupying the same room with parents, unless additional bedding is requested.
Extra person charge of 5$ applies to child over 10.
Other Charges
1. Guests are required to pay 300.000 VND to replace a lost or damaged room key.
2. In case of damaged or missing hotel property (towels, mattresses, etc.), guests are required to pay full
replacement costs, referred at front desk.
3. Please keep your valuables in the safe deposit box provided in your room or at front desk. The hotel is not
responsible for any guest valuables or missing items.
4. All conditions may be changed in the future without prior notice.
